Dorothy Brown is the latest to join the Cramond Residence team as our Client Relationship Manager.
Dorothy has been with the Walker Group for three years and is recognised for her excellent customer care skills. She will be the first point of contact for residents and their families and will ensure the journey to life at the Residence is as stress free as possible.
Dorothy will work closely with general manager Eileen Gray to ensure residents have a smooth transition into life at the home.
A local to Cramond, Dorothy has longstanding relationships with the community and will work closely with local services in her new role. She will be based at our onsite Information Suite until the Residence opens next year.
Dorothy is excited to be part of the team opening the Cramond Residence. She said: “Cramond Residence will be somewhere residents can really enjoy their later years and I look forward to welcoming our first residents.”
