Meet Eileen our General Manager

Eileen Gray has been appointed general manager to lead our team at Cramond Residence.
Eileen has over 20 years’ experience in the care industry and most recently held the post of operations manager with Renaissance Care where she was responsible for 250 beds across six care homes in Scotland.
In her previous role she implemented several training programmes and ensured the highest standard of care was met by her staff.
Eileen has a keen interest in providing specialist dementia care and previous managed a Dementia Unit which went on to win the Dementia Service of the year in 2009.
Delighted to be part of the team, Eileen said: “It is an honour to be working with such a well-established company on this very exciting new project. Cramond Residence is set to be somewhere people can really enjoy their later years with some added comfort and luxury, safe in the knowledge the finest of personalised care is available.”
