5-star luxury and home comforts
At Cramond Residence we know how important it is to feel that you are part of a community and that you can get to know your neighbours and make new friends. That’s why we have designed the Residence around nine, individual houses, across three floors. Our nine houses, Braid Hills, Belford, Drumshleugh, Greyfriars, Ravelston, Cluny, Cockburn, Dean Village, and Bonaly, are each named and themed after an area of Edinburgh.
Each house has eight or nine en-suite bedrooms with a shared lounge and dining area, all decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard. In the corridors you’ll also find snugs and alcoves which are ideal for a chat with a loved one, or to enjoy a morning coffee or a night cap before bed.
Residents can take their meals in their own dining rooms, relax in front of the television in their own lounges and play board games or socialise with their neighbours, while helping themselves to the tea, coffee and other drinks that are always available. For variety, residents can also decide to go into the shared part of the residence and use the main dining room, lounge and other facilities such as the gym, private cinema, games room, library and luxury hairdressing salon.
The individual homes
Our nine homes are designed to reflect the history and characteristics of the areas they are named after, through the mix of materials, colours, art and objects used in their design.
