Helping you get moving again

Proper rehabilitation is vital after hip surgery. Once you’ve reached the right stage of your healing journey, our physiotherapy treatments will focus on restoring the strength and mobility of your hip joint. We will put together a comprehensive recovery plan for you. Where appropriate this will involve:

  • Soft tissue treatments
  • Mobilisations and exercises
  • Strapping
  • Strength and mobility drills
  • Muscle, joint and other soft tissue release

The work we do will promote tissue healing and improve blood flow around the hip and the rest of your body – speeding recovery and enhancing general wellbeing and health.

Where appropriate, we’ll also provide advice on safe and effective exercises that you can do on your own.
