My mother spent 3 weeks at Cramond Residence for respite care and we were delighted with the care she received. The staff were wonderful and her room and the amenities were extremely comfortable. She enjoyed the food and we were treated to complimentary tea, coffee and home-baking whenever we visited. There were no restrictions to visiting and we were able to take her out in a wheelchair to enjoy the garden and walk down to the sea. She was accompanied by a member of staff to the hospital for an outpatient investigation. I am an NHS healthcare professional myself and am regularly in nursing homes with work. Cramond Residence surpassed my expectations and I would readily recommend it to any prospective clients.

Everything about Cramond is just wonderful. The biggest priority, of course, is the staff. Each one we encountered was happy, friendly, positive and fun to be with. The rooms are like a five-star hotel, the food is also like a five-star hotel and the facilities for entertainment are there if you want them.

Cramond Residence, in my opinion, provides the highest possible professional care for its residents: nursing; welfare; recreational; wellbeing; out-sourced clinical. Cramond Residence presents itself as a select boutique hotel and lacks any hint of institutional touches associated with standard care facilities. The level of decor, furnishings, en-suite rooms, public/socialising areas is second to none. Catering is of a high standard and for those residents who enjoy a pre-dinner drink, and wine with their meal in restaurant-style surroundings, all is provided at Cramond Residence. The staff, at every level, appears to be committed to providing the best possible support and care for residents. Interaction with and communication by staff with family members are regular and informative, as well as having dynamic access to all information on the app.

My mother is currently staying at Cramond Residence and being able to have her spend a few weeks at a time in Cramond has been a great support for her and also a massive relief for our family. She is extremely well looked after, the staff are fantastic and the food and facilities are excellent. The Client Liaison Manager was absolutely fantastic and was able to arrange a place for my mother in less than 24 hours, he quickly assessed the level of support and care she needed to have in place for her stay.

Cramond Residence provides a very high standard of care to residents, in luxurious and attractive surroundings. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, for residents and visitors alike, and my father and stepmother are enjoying their new home since moving in a year ago. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the meals are first-class, and there are a variety of stimulating and fun activities available. The staff is excellent - everyone so attentive and caring, and cheerful. They go out of their way to please and to make life as easy and comfortable as possible for my father and stepmother For family members living thousands of miles away, it is very helpful and reassuring to be able to follow daily care reports using the app. We are so thankful that our parents are in such good hands.
