All of our rooms are generous in size and finished to a very high standard. We provide the highest quality furniture and elegant decorations. To ensure that everything is as homely as possible, we encourage residents to personalise their rooms with pictures, ornaments and other small private items. Our team can also arrange to have mail, newspapers and magazines delivered to your bed-side table. Key features of all of our rooms include:

To ensure that all residents are safe, each bedroom has an emergency alarm so that residents can contact a qualified nurse or member of staff at any time day or night.
Classic Suite
These lovely rooms provide a generous amount of space and the ambiance of a high-class hotel room. Sized between 15.8m.sq. and 19.4m.sq.
Garden Patio Suite
These rooms provide even more space than our other suites and come with their own private patio and views of our beautiful communal garden space. Sized between 18.9m.sq. and 19.8m.sq.

Pets may be admitted at the discretion of management.
You can personalise your room using pictures, photos and ornaments. You can also bring in small pieces of treasured furniture (although these must comply with fire regulations and not obstruct care equipment). We will be happy to talk about this with you in detail so that your room is perfect for your care and comfort.
No, definitely not. Cramond Residence has a luxurious feel which is often compared to a 5-star hotel. This is the case whether you receive nursing care or not.
Visiting hours are open but we do ask that your visitors take account of their loved one’s needs for rest and therapeutic activity. We also ask that consideration is given to other residents within the Residence.
You will be invited to take part in a residents’ meeting. This is optional but is an opportunity for you to have your say about life at Cramond Residence and to raise any questions you may have with staff and other residents.
